What: An evening of music, food, and fun to InspireHope.org

Lin Marelic, a computer consultant and webmaster, and her husband Branko, also an entrepreneur, e-bay specialist and home improvement engineer are like a lot of people you know.

But unlike most of us, their lives took an unexpected turn when Lin was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer, Stage III. After aggressive chemo/radiation therapy, pursuing a life changing, holistic lifestyle, Lin is now facing possible surgery for the removal of her esophagus.

This devastating situation became even worse when Branko suffered a major brain aneurism, putting him into a coma in ICU for over 30 days and hospitalized for 6 weeks. He is now undergoing long-term rehabilitation.

While doing their best to support each other back to good health, they now find themselves unable to maintain their businesses, caught in the red tape of disability and strapped with mounting medical debt. In short, they have exhausted resources to maintain monthly living expenses as they face enormous commitments for further medical care.
